I had the most incredible time visiting Uzbekistan to DJ at the Stihia Festival in the Kyzylkum desert near the ancient town of Bukhara. It was a truly jaw-dropping event with such fantastic energy.
Huge thanks to Otabek Suleimanov and everyone at Stihia, as well as Andrey Morozov, Valeria Rysina and Arthur Kuzmin, for inviting me to play and for making it all happen.
Also a special shout out to my two lovely artist managers Albina and Huma who were such phenomenal hosts, as well as Eugenie Galochkin whose excellent DJ set and fantastic company were major highlights of the weekend.
Uzbekistan in general, and Sthia in particular, are places I’d love to return to and I would not hesitate to recommend them!
